Bill Burr and a couple other names.

I was hooked 3 minutes in. He's an angry guy... and there are enough Karens and Kens to inspire him. I found it to be a laugh a minute. The closing was fantastic, a little poignant, and hilarious. I saw myself in the movie several times...

If you lean at least a little right... you'll love it. If you lean a little left you'll be muttering "bull****" through half the movie. lol.

After the movie texted one of my sons and he, coincidentally, said he was going to see Bill Burr next/this week in Vegas.

Give it five minutes.

I liked it, but I think it lacked character development for all of the other characters outside Bill Burr. Some great Bill Burr rants in it though.

Burr's special at Red Rocks is excellent.

His appearances on Conan are all over YouTube and are hilarious.

Mediocre movie and I love his comedy.

We watched this recently. We laughed and laughed and laughed.

Watched it and my wife and I both said Bill Burr's character was me. I feel the same as his character, that I am going through life fighting against stupidity all around me.

He previewed the trailer at his show in college station. I thought it looked awful and predictable with obvious low hanging fruit. Based on this thread I may give it a chance.

The best parts of the movie were when Burr was hanging with his 2 guy friends and acting up. Otherwise, it was just Burr angry and ranting the entire time lol. Bobby Cannavale stole the show IMO.

I can handle Burr and his style of comedy in small doses, but for an entire movie it was pretty rough.

It's funny but not memorable. We enjoyed it.

I saw Burr last year in San Antonio and we dipped out at around the 2 hour mark. An hour to an hour and a half would have been perfect. Saw Chappelle in Austin back in the mid 2000's and was disappointed he was only on for 45 minutes. But looking back on the other shows I've seen that have run long he probably did it right.

Edit: Old Dad's was funny but I'm not going to scroll past it a year from now and decide to re-watch it.

This movie sucked. Like a poorly written less redneck King of the Hill, except the protagonist is never proven right. The nagging b's win in the end. There were a couple funny moments, but too many were predictable or forced. Probably great if you are a big Bill fan. If not, skip this one.
