Hey, spoilers for any episode aired (no leaks) and allowed here. I'll give some space so if you came here accidentally you're cool.

Space over. Post away!

Today's episode…..what if Happy Hogan saved Christmas?

Honestly when watching the trailers this episode and whichever one shows our heroes in a massive death race has had me the most intrigued…

And woah….back the truck up they are really putting everything into getting these voice actors…..

The voice actor who was doing the young adult version of King T'Chaka in the second episode is the same actor who played the child version of the same character in the original Black Panther…..

Holy crap they serious

Episode 4 was the weakest so far for me except for the last shot.

My takeaway from the past two episodes is that the MCU really misses Iron Man/Robert Downey Jr. He was the heart of the series, and it is just lost without him

Once again the Peggy Carter episode is the weakest so far….but it was better than her episode in season 1….the ending has me intrigued though…..I'm assuming it ties in to the episode later on titled, what if the avengers assembled in 1602

Hela and the 10 rings may have been the best episode this season….and that's saying something cause overall these have been really really good

Agreed on the 10 rings ep, but I also really enjoyed the Cap Carter one. This isn't some grand reset to the MCU, but it's really enjoyable content that people are missing out on.

I really enjoyed the season on an episode by episode basis. I thought the over all story arc wasn't as good as last season. I wanted follow up on Hela the white. I hope the Mohawk character gets some live action time

needs less captain carter.

she is a tired, uninspired retread at this point. let's have some what ifs with captain america.
If they had just gone with "What if Peggy Carter and Black Widow hooked up" they could have saved the entire MCU.

So, having finished the series here are my brief thoughts:

Detective Nebula: Great episode, really well written. Great plot, story, use of the alternate world

Peter Quill: Ok episode, but didn't do much for me

Happy Hogan does Die Hard: Phenomenal episode, probably my favorite one of the series. Definitely had the best quips.

Tony Stark on Sakaar: I really liked this episode and it makes me miss Tony Stark as a character.

Captain Carter Hydra Stomper: I didn't mind it, the Carter/Black Widow interplay is fun.

Kahori: Great episode, thought it was cool with the whole Fountain of Youth thing and time period.

Hela the White: This was a really good episode and would have been a pretty good movie. Good character development, esp for a 30 minute episode

Carter in old times: Starting to be a lot of Captain Carter. Also, this version of Steve is a jerk. Clearly he knew he was the forerunner but said nothing because???

Carter and Strange in Dragonball Z: Season 1 had a lot of tie ins, writing , buildup to Ultimate Ultron. Throwing Strange in here just didn't work for me. Then, the battle was mostly DBZ style with characters yelling and then shooting beams of light at each other

All in all, a really fun season. I do wish they would have gone more for the interesting one-off episodes rather than trying to shove Carter into multiple episodes.

This does not seem to have captured much interest.

Kahori episode was brilliant. I've fallen asleep 3 times trying to get through Captain Carter in weird medieval world.

Didn't realize we had a thread on this. Here's what I wrote on the MCU thread the other day:

I finally finished up the second season of What if? It was enjoyable, but some of the novelty of the first season was worn off for me. Christmas episode, Detective Gamora, and Iron Man on Saccar (sp?) were highlights for me. Agree with others who said there was too much Peggy in this season. We already got a lot of her in the first season and this one just felt like the Peggy show. She's a great character, but I wanted a more diverse set of experiences from this season I guess.

Fun watch all in all.

In the final episode when people wearing tossing their weapons at Peggy and Kahori (10 rings, Thor's hammer, and such) I couldn't make out who threw them a magic sword or why that sword was significant.
