You probably need to start with a per bottle cost you are looking to stay at and go from there.

What's the word? Thunderbird.
How's it sold? Good and cold.
What's the jive? Bird's alive.
What's the price? Thirty twice.

We got 2 buck chuck for our wedding.

To keep costs down and quantity up, I'd go with some of the "better" box wines like Bota Box or Nighthawk.

Also there's a food and spirits board.

We love Josh Hearth Cabernet Sauvignon and you can get it at Kroger for $8.99 a bottle when they have their 25% discounts, which they run all the time including today.

You have to buy 6 bottles for the dicount but for a wedding you'll need at least 20-30 bottles depending on how big it is so you'll likely have to make multiple runs.

Anyway, that's my suggestion.
