I'm assuming Sopranos counts in the 20th century with a debut in 99'? The bulk of it was in the 21st century.

I'd definitely count it.

Didn't count Friends since more than half of it was in the 90's.

Also, does it have to premier in the 21st century?

I would say any show where more than half of it aired on/after 00...

#1 The Shield - best series ever
#2 Battlestar Galactica 2004 - 2nd best series ever
#3 Arrested Development - best ensemble comedy show ever
#4 Stranger Things (now rewatching a third time with both daughters, just the best)
#5 The Office (US version)
#6 The Colbert Report - I miss the non-real part of this guy so much
#7 The Righteous Gemstones - 2nd best ensemble comedy show ever
#8 Andor - Best dialogue in sci-fi ever?
#9 The Mandalorian - the reason for most of my one-word posts on TexAgs, i.e. "THRAWN. AHSOKA. LUKE. HOLY****ING***** OMFG. BOBA. BO. THISISTHEMOTHER****INGWAY."
#10 A Small Light - can't recommend this enough to anyone with even a passing interest in WWII and/or the Holocaust. The most perfect representation of good people standing up at the threat of their own lives to say enough was enough.

Well I started with Game of Thrones #3, then started bumping it down the list based on how much I watch clips of shows on YouTube or watch the whole series over and suddenly it fell right off the Top 10. They sure ****ed up their fandom.
