I think a "bromance" should be defined as a male friendship that often takes priority over female relationships.

Some clear bromances:

Doctor Bashir and Chief O'Brien (DS9) or even Bashir and Garak.
Denny Crane and Alan Shore (Boston Legal) is a big one


Not quite bromance level, but strong male friendships:
Reese and Finch (Person of Interest)
Early seasons Smallville Clark and Lex
Oliver and Diggle (Arrow)
