Watching it now. So far, best actor in this picture is Conor McGregor. Actually kind of surprised He pulls off a bad guy very well. Not bad but not going to win any academy awards.

Finally finished it.

That was some of the worst acting I've ever seen. It made the original look Oscar-worthy. Gyllenhaal was terrible too.

Even the fight scenes looked worse than the original, and you had a professional fighter playing the villain.

Bad guy was over-the-top ******y to the point it wasn't believable. No Wade Garrett character (would have been a disappointment anyway), and the love interest is no Kelly Lynch.

But at least we got to see McGregor's ass instead of the hot chick's tits. Ugh.

All I remember about the new Road House is thinking "does Dalton talk?" and "I wish they'd hurry up and fight again". A couple of the live bands were really cool.

I thought this movie was actually pretty funny and completely silly. Gyllenhaal getting that ripped at 43-44 is damn impressive. Not an ounce of fat on him. #nohomo

Conor McGregor, who I really don't know since I don't watch UFC, is about the biggest damn clown I've ever seen in a movie. Nonstop smiling saying nonsensical ***** I'm pretty sure he ad-libbed his entire script.
