This happened less than 5 years ago so a lot of you might remember it. I kept track of it loosely, but it turns out it was much more intense of a story than I could have imagined. Look it up if you want, but if you haven't heard about it in awhile or didn't keep up with the whole story, I encourage you to go into this blind.
There is a 4 part docuseries that dropped April 11th about the murder of 2 adults and 6 children in a Mormon family caravan traveling from Sonora to Chihuahua, Mexico to attend a family wedding on Nov 4th, 2019.
The documentary is absolutely gripping, very well executed, and an incredibly sad tragedy but also a tale of bravery and survival.
The first two episodes are out now. The 3rd and 4th episodes are supposed to drop today.
This is one I started about about 9pm as something to watch and turn off and I had to keep watching until the end.
I would post a trailer, but it doesn't seem to be available -- this was completed by a Spanish production team, so maybe that has something to do with it.
Check it out!
