Sad day for sure, so glad I got to see them with both Gregg and Dickey at least a couple of times in the '90s. The Allman Bros. Live at Fillmore East will forever be one of the pinnacle live recordings of all time! RIP Dickey.

I have a Les Paul custom and i really don't know why.

Hearing what Dickie could do to that thing makes me realize i'll never be 1/1,000 of the player he was.

We lost one of the greats today

I never got into the Allman Brothers……… until I was about 40. But, brother, I went deep. Their music was a huge part of about 5 years of my life in my 40s. I still love listening to them, especially in the summer, but I moved on to new discoveries in the last few years. I guess this will be a full Allman weekend at the Philo B Estate.
