I love Johnny Cash, but Exit Stage Left getting the boot is an utter travesty!

I'm in the same boat.
How the west was won has much better recordings than song remains the same but it is more of a compilation than a true concert recording.

And I love Johnny Cash but he did not even play some of his biggest hits in Folsom Prison focusing on prisoner themes for a lot of it - no Ring of Fire, I Walk The Line, A Boy Named Sue, not even In the Jailhouse Now which he had covered and was a top 10 hit just a few years before.
And ....it's RUSH!!!!!! The post Moving Pictures concert was the most iconic and most of the album is from those shows. Literally every big hit up to that time is included. Moving Pictures was my first Rush show to see live of course.

Definitely going to have to agree to disagree, here. Maybe it's because i've listened to the Song Remains the Same so much, but those versions of Since I've Been Loving You, Over the Hills and Far Away, and the Rain Song are peak performances for me. I prefer those performances to the actual recordings.Sponge said:
