hilarious that the ONLY potential buyers are the guy who makes the kettle korn and the family that makes Greek gyros!

so they have $60 million they can easily raise, but spend 10 hours a day busting @ss in the summer of Texas cleaning vats of grease?!

are there no actual business people in Texas who would be interested in buying that place? Six Flags? A part of Walt Disney?

that leads me to believe owning RenFair Texas is not nearly as lucrative as they portrayed

Those were the only ones they showed, plus no telling if that was all made up for the show.

The Greeks may or may not have been operating a drug business out of said gyro business for a few decades.

I definitely could not understand why he would have ever promoted Jeff to be the general manager, however after that lady took over and seeing how he treated her, it became apparent that Jeff got there by being a kiss ass and a punching bag. Dude just wanted someone he could demean and treat like **** and they would just take it.

Disappointing show. Basically just a crazy old rich guy who cannot decide if he wants to sell or not. I'm no real estate mogul but how in the hell does he not know what closing cost is?

I would like to see more about the Greek family out at Sherwood. I had no idea that little food vendor owned the whole thing. Even more shocking they can come up with $60 mil cash easily.

At the end of the 3 part docufiction basically nothing changed other than firing the GM that could never get anything done.
