We have 4 tickets to see Taylor Swift in London on June 22.

This was something I got for my wife and daughter to cap off our summer trip this year.

Well, now we are unable to make it.

We finally got the tickets transferred to us from Ticketmaster today. Our plan was to sell them but on Ticketmaster they are saying resale unavailable.

It appears they allow transfer but no way to actually list them on a third party site or to sell them on Ticketmaster

Has anyone ran into this? Is there anyway around this?

We are hoping to just recoup what we paid, or close to that.

You have to list on StubHub, and transfer from Ticketmaster once the purchase is made.I've done this before. I assume it's the same internationally.

Are you certain about this? I tried doing this last year for Foo Fighters last year. I had 2 extras that I put on Stubhub that got bought by 2 different people. However I tried to sell them before the tickets were in my account from Ticketmaster. When the tickets were finally released two days prior to show, I couldn't transfer them at all to buyers

I frantically emailed Stubhub the situation so I wouldn't get penalized and fined by them. They gave me 2 options:

1. Contact the buyers via email and see if they would walk in with me to show. I tried doing that but buyers never replied back to me
2. Give the buyers my Ticketmaster login info and they could access it that way. Hell no I wasnt doing that cuz I had other tickets in my account.

Luckily since the buyers never replied to my email, I didn't get penalized.

Side note: I randomly ran into some friends at the show who bought their tickets on Stubhub. They got in using option 2 above from the seller

Thanks, that is all very helpful.

It looks as though I can transfer them at this point in time.

I'm in the same boat with San Antonio tickets for Zach Bryan. We bought them and then he announced a Houston date. For the longest time there was an option to sell them back to TM but it was like 60% of what I paid, so to hell with that. Then that went away too! I emailed them and they said it was the promoter so I emailed the Frost Bank center and they basically replied "Where was it ever stated you could sale them back to TM?"

In the meantime, I sold them for exactly what I paid for them on CashOrTrade.

They are supposed to become available to me later this month. If I can't transfer then I'll use option #2 above and just delete all my info before sharing, as I have no other tickets right now.
