3 episodes in and enjoying it. Lots of individual back stories. Sometimes when they talk fast I can't understand what the heck they are saying, especially the guys. The deep pitch and the strong accent and I am lost. I figure if it was important dialogue they would make it stand out more.

Trigger warning - There are several spots where they kind of show the Man keeping the black folks down. Not overtly, but there are moments where they show that narrative. If that bothers you, look elsewhere. NOt a literal man, but the metaphorical Man.

Anyway, I am enjoying it and will finish the season. Evidently the show has done really well in other markets, for whatever that is worth.

Thought it was great, and just ignored the usual "the man doesn't care about black people" stuff. Really well done and an interesting spin on each Origin.

I enjoyed it. I'm sure someone will come complain about the race thing but they did actually have a good explanation for it.

I was actually expecting a happier ending so a little surprised by it.
