Howdy! I live in Aggieland and stumbled across a nice stack of old comic books last year. Unfortunately, they're not in mint condition and weren't well-preserved, so no million dollar auction items in the stack, I'm sure. Some are flaking apart, others aren't quite so fragile. Most are superheroes or GI Joe/military. Really fun to leaf through old versions of Superman, Batman, etc. I'm "decluttering" again and hope to find them a good home. I can't find a Comic Book Club listed on campus. There's a ComiCon coming soon at the Brazos Expo Sept. 14-15. But I hope to find someone local who might want these. Appreciate any feedback y'all might have on local fans of comics. Ph: 979-224-2291.

I found an App called "HipComic" that lets you take a picture of your comic ( mine are in bags with boards for protection). It will then let you pick what condition your book is in such as Mint, near mint, less than mint condition. Once you get it scanned, it adds it to your collection and gives it a price for that book. I was shocked to see what books were worth the most in my collection.

It's nice because I now have a digital catalog of what books I have and also what condition they're in if I want to sell. You can also buy and sell from that app.
