What is the range of pricing for a Cinematic Book Trailer a little over 2 minutes long with stock footage provided by the client using something like Adobe Premeire Pro?

Are there certain companies that give better pricing?

I found one website with pricing:

https://www.electrafox.com/

What is the main driver of cost? I see some examples of trailers with a minimal amount of stock video but seems to be padded with pictures of the book or titles/authors/illustrators in text with some effects (rotations, page flips, fades, stars in backgrounds, etc...) Are the motion graphics part of the software and easy to throw in? Is the stock video the main driver of cost? Is the voiceover AI generated or an actual actor?

Labor, really. Video editing takes a long time to do, even using stock video, and both the skills and tools take time to master.

If you want cheaper, you could maybe see if there are more amateur folks loaning out their services, I know there are places on reddit that have that, or you could maybe see if you can find something on like Reedsy, but if you pursue a professional service, you're going to be paying a bit more.

Also, even with stock footage, there is typically a fee associated. From the page you linked, the voice acting seems to be human, which will drive up the price as well.

Thank you for the reply.

My purpose in trying to determine pricing is estimating the cost of a trailer delivered as part of a video executive impersonator scam to dispute a charge.

Here is one of the videos on the Youtube channel for the scammer's videos. The same voiceover is common to all of these. The video (now removed) in question has less than 45% stock footage and is mostly made up of motion graphics with just the title and a couple of pages from the book.
