Its so crazy though that after heretic came out the LDS put out a statement like “oh we actually keep our missionaries VERY SAFE :)” and all of the comments on the exmormon subreddit are like “the entirety of heretic happened to me on my first mission”

Watched this on a plane recently. One question I have is whether Topher Grace's character was in on it and "feeding" girls to Grant's character? It looked like there was a shot with a timesheet or assignments that had a lot of entries ending at Grant's house. Were the other girls in the cages the other missionaries who never returned?

Or did I just misread the piece of paper Topher was looking at?
