Anything with Cameron Diaz in it. Holy hell that woman is terrible.
Her acting is horrible, but her filmography gets excluded from the "worst" list because of "There's Something About Mary" and "The Sweetest Thing". Both were carried by the rest of the cast, but since she was in them we can't say anything with her in it is the worst.

Solaris is the first movie I think about whenever this thread pops up.

It's up there for me too. The sad thing is, I was actually pretty excited about seeing it since I had enjoyed the book. I even dragged my parents to it. I had to apologize to them, and to myself, for the experience.

She was "smokin'!" in The Mask. But aside from that role, I always felt she was overrated in the looks department, too.

I get it. Feel the same about Shawshank and Point Break and Die Hard.

Obvious troll is obvious.

Not a troll. This was Clinton era, Rob Reiner propaganda. Clinton hated the military and meathead was happy to oblige. Was the acting good? Yes. Was it a slam on the military/Marines? Also yes.

So much so the Marines refused to have anything to do with the movie. The Silent drill team that Demi Moore walks by in the beginning of the movie are not Marines, they are the A&M Fish Drill Team.

1984 - Footloose. All 4 of us agreed to leave before it was halfway over. Good decision!
If you think I am a liberal, you are incorrect. Assume sarcasm on my part. Sorry if something I post has already been posted. Just the way it is!! Enjoy the day.

How is Phonebooth not on here... at the height of Keifer being awesome on 24, me and all my friends went to go see this only to find out it was actually just 90 minutes of showing Colin Farrel in a phone booth while we listened to Jack Bauer whisper sweet nothings in his ear.

A lot of solid choices on here - many of which I have forgotten about over time - good God some are awful!!

Have to throw in the only movie I feel asleep in the theater watching - Darkman. Pretty sure my girlfriend fell asleep as well.

Was that a 90s vigilante-thriller type movie and the dude wore a cloak and fedora or something? I was about 11 or 12, if so, and I thought it was kind of cool. Haven't seen it since, though, which means I have no idea what quality it was.

That does describe Darkman, but you may be thinking of The Shadow starring Alec Baldwin.

I had to look it up, definitely Darkman. I had no idea Liam Neeson was in it

Absolutely, and you should. One could argue that Thin Red Line & A Bridge Too Far are critical of the military. Generation Kill would be one also, although it was on HBO & a mini-series. But those weren't borderline propaganda covering for a President that stated in writing that he loathed the military.

Clinton never once came up in the movie. What are you talking about? It's a courtroom drama that uses the military as its background. It's a unique film for that reason and it discusses how power gets abused in an interesting way with fantastic performances across the cast.

Agreed, super weird take that A Few Good Men is somehow an anti military propaganda movie.

I'm in the military and I swell with pride every time I watch this movie at the courage that Cruise and Moore's characters show to continue to fight for the clients even when it seems possible they could face consequences for doing so.

A Bridge Too Far is largely critical of Montgomery's hubris and the risky plan of Market-Garden rather than the military as a whole. Montgomery got a lot of Brits, Poles, and Americans killed for not much gain.

The Beast with a Million Eyes

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Beast_with_a_Million_Eyes

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0048991/

In one of the scenes it takes a bull 30 seconds to travel 10 yards to kill a farm worker.

In another scene a trash can is used as the beast.

The budget was $23,000.

Saw it in high school - it was the midnight Friday movie. Fortunately I was drunk and was able to watch the the whole thing with some other drunk friends.

Plot
Allan Kelley and his family struggle to survive on their small date ranch, located in the bleak California desert landscape well away from civilization. His wife Carol hates living so far from civilization, often taking her frustration out on their daughter Sandra. The only bright spot in Sandra's life is her boyfriend Larry Brewster.
After a mysterious object, initially thought to be a plane crashes nearby, both wild and domesticated animals begin attacking the family. Soon, the farm's handyman (Leonard Tarver) turns on the family, attacking them.
It is finally revealed that a space alien (the "beast" of the title) has taken total control of the area's lesser animals and is working its way up to humans, all part of its master plan to conquer the Earth.
In the end the family bond together, fighting against the alien menace. They must unite their minds in a show of love to have a chance of finally thwarting its plan of conquest.
Unable to counter this attack, the alien flees into the mind of a rat, where it is promptly killed and carried off by a hawk.[5]
