Yesterday, my son had some friends over to watch a movie for his 10th birthday. Apparently, some kid thought it was completely okay to throw a slice of pizza at my screen.

Anyone know how to get pizza sauce off a screen? How about getting my rage to come down? I'll take suggestions for that also.

Unfortunately, I can do one better (worse?). Last week, my home builder had painters at my house doing touch up black paint above my screen and they dripped onto it, tried to clean it, and did not tell me. I did not find it until after they had left. Time for the contractor to buy a new screen and the quote came back from the company that installed it at just over $6100.

Yeah, that's rough. I had no idea how wildly expensive screens can be until I bought my setup last year. I tried soap, water, and a microfiber cloth, but no luck. I'll try denatured alcohol tomorrow. I'd like to avoid having a conversation with the boys parents.

Honestly, probably need to have a conversation with them about that behavior regardless of what it hit.

The suggestion that the screen manufacturer gave was Simple Green 10:1 with water and a microfiber cloth but they said with paint the stain is not going to come out.
