Tom Mix should be on the list IMO. He was the OG.

Starred in 291 films, rode a horse in Teddy Roosevelt's inauguration, was an honorary Texas Ranger, helped John Wayne get his start in Hollywood, and was one of Wyatt Earp's pallbearers.
