Any time, any where.
ONE band at ONE concert. If you don't know the exact show, which tour?
Woodstock 69, you'd have to pick one artist's set for example. Not the whole event.

My list, all rock because I love the energy of those shows vs. a country show. This was a tough selection.
In no particular order:
1. Queen - Live Aid show, 1985 Wembley Stadium
2. Van Halen - Somewhere on the 1984 album tour. Prime DLR & Eddie.
3. Jimi Hendrix at the Monterey Pop Festival, 1967
4. Led Zeppelin, 1977 tour, Los Angeles
5. AC/DC - Back in Black Tour..... although the River Plate concert footage out of Argentina looks amazing.
6. Stevie Ray Vaughan - In Step tour, Austin
7. Lynryd Skynyrd - 1976 Tour
8. Pink Floyd, 1980 tour for the album "The Wall"
9. The Beatles, somewhere on the Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Heart's Club band tour. This did not happen. Oops
9. In that case, give me Hank Jr. Five-O tour, mid 80's.
10. Elvis, the '68 Comeback tour. Not the biggest Elvis fan, but I'd like to see what the hype was like in person.

Honorable Mentions:

1. Beethoven, 18th century Vienna. This was like a rock concert back in the day.
2. Robert Earl Keene, Texas Hall of Fame, 1996/7. Went there with a giant group of my friends & we had the most amazing time. I'd love to relive that, the whole crowd was hammered and we sang along to everything, every word. REK was a god in the 90s at A&M.
3. Aerosmith, Pump Tour.

Solid list. I'll add mid-70s KISS and Willie's picnic outside College Station when REK's truck caught fire.

Fyre Fest 1 and 2.

Ok. Kiddling.

Queen at Wembley. Queen in Montreal.

LZ O2 show and LZ maybe Dazed and Confused.

The last Rush concert in LA. I saw R40 in Houston but to say I saw the last time Peart played would be something.

Eagles Hell Froze Over

AC/DC in Donnington for Razors Edge tour just to hear Thunderstruck

The Band at the last show.

I had this one under consideration as well.
Not as an inmate, maybe a prison guard.

I feel like watching as an inmate would hit harder, but that's just me.

Led Zeppelin in '77 in LA would have been something.

But I'm going to go with the last Zep show in London in '07.

Also throw in Bob Marley in London in '77.

Hendrix at Monterey Pop in '69

Rolling Stones on '72 Tour of the Americas.

The Wall in '80 at The Forum

AC/DC - Back in Black Tour in '80

Guns n' Roses Appetite tour '88

Aerosmith Rocks '76 (too drugged out on subsequent '77 tour)

Van Halen '78, because I'd also get to see Black Sabbath.

Nirvana in '91 on that Nevermind tour would have been nuts.

I've actually been to at least 3 of the concerts / tours listed so far (because I'm a class of '80).

Wish Fast Fred could appear and give his definitive list.

Off the top of my head, first on the list would be

The Who Live at Leeds in 1970

I've seen a number of shows that I would love to see again.

Metallica at Cardi's in Houston in 1985 on the Ride The Lightning tour.

Iron Maiden earlier that same night.

Pink Floyd in Rice Stadium in a driving thunder and lightning storm

Van Halen on the Diver Down tour from the 5th row

Rush any number of times. Probably the Power Windows show in Austin. I had good floor seats for that one.

Eric Johnson a bunch times. At the Austin Opera House in '87 would probably be it.

For concerts I didn't get to attend but would if I could:

Metallica in Manchester in the rain. That's a good watch

Maiden in Rio

Floyd on The Wall tour somewhere

Queensryche, both the Mindcrime and Empire tours

Rush: Exit, Stage Left show that was recorded for the live album

Rush in Rio or one of the other South American cities

Sammy Hagar at the Texxas Jamm, with the encore including Rik Emmett and Ted Nugent playing Whole Lotta Love. Definitely seeing that one again.

Yes - 90125 tour

SRV, live at the El Mocambo

Hendrix at Monterrey

The Beatles in that all night German club where they played 8 hours per night

I was about 25 rows deep on the floor of the LA Forum for that final Rush show in 2015.

It was surreal afterwards because it has not been officially announced but everybody was walking around stunned because we all knew that was the final show.

Fun fact, I had missed seeing Rush in Austin in 1988 (my Senior year in HS) because I had to work and the person I was to going to try to switch shifts with already had tickets to the show.

Likewise, when Rush played Nashville in 1994, I had guard duty at Fort Knox, KY and my Army buddy I was going to try to switch with already had tickets to the Nashville show.

Back to the OP's topic, a show I wish I could have been at was "Digital Underground" at DeWare Field House at Texas A&M in Spring 1992.

Six Degrees of Separation, Shock G used to come over and visit my next door neighbor in LA. I suspect his nose was probably tickling her rear. RIP Greg - aka Humpty

Beethoven's Ninth Symphony - May 7, 1824, at the Theater am Krntnertor in Vienna. This piece of music marked the split between the classical period and romantic period of music. Such an epic moment with the deaf Beethoven in the house.

The Planets by Gustav Holst - September 29, 1918 at Queen's Hall, London - So revolutionary a piece that only 250 hand picked attendees were allowed.

The Rite of Spring by Igor Stravinsky - May 29, 1913 at Thtre des Champs-lyses in Paris. The avant-garde nature of the music and choreography - and the fact it ends with a recreation of actual human sacrifice - cause a near riot to break out in the audience and streets outside the concert hall.

Beethoven's Seventh Symphony - December 8, 1813, in Vienna. The audience loved the second movement so much they demanded an immediate encore after being played.

Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis by Ralph Vaughan-Williams - September, 1910 at the Three Choirs Festival Gloucester Cathedral, UK. A piece so revolutionary the audience didn't even applaud at the end - they just sat there. Critics panned the piece since is was holding up the centerpiece of the night, a new Elgar piece. But a few recognized it as a masterpiece.

I could go on and on......
