I agree it makes no sense for him to try and make a living as a thief, but maybe they set up season 2 where he needs to do a couple "jobs" to get his firm rolling or to get back at the art dealer.
The danger of getting caught by the law loses its luster a bit when he was already arrested and potentially facing life in jail for a murder in Season One. I'm in for S2 but feel this could have been wrapped up in a single season. Hope to get proven wrong as I like this show.
I just gave up on this show halfway through episode 2so not only is it morally degenerate- at least in season 1 Coop "had no choice" but to steal temporarily to save himself.
in season two Coop LITERALLY could have gone back to being a multi-millionaire legitimate executive but chose instead to keep robbing people.
the daughter is not only ugly on the exterior but is the worst kind of spoiled garbage in her harangue against princeton.
this show was clearly being written by degenerate socialists who write incredibly awful dialogue.
and they repeat themselves CONSTANTLY
and the Korean Choi who has a hot wife and cool kids RISKS ALL OF THAT TO BECOME A CRIMINAL and rob from their friends.
yeah- that sounds realistic.
