Wow, this show sucks.

Favreau took a look at all of those non-destroyed sets and decided "you know, even if I put together episodes that a 4th grader could write, maybe I could make some money".

Its really bad.

I just finished Loki, and moved on to the Mandalorian, and I think I want to gouge our my eyes.
It takes a special kind of brainwashed useful idiot to politically defend government fraud, waste, and abuse.

The first 2 seasons were pretty dang good….not every episode was a banger but all in all it was a good show….until season 3….

Mandalorian Season 2.5 (i.e. Book of Boba Fett) was even worse. About the only cool parts were fanservice with the Rancor and Cad Bane.

I didn't think the show sucks, but I have had a lot of trouble getting into it. I've tried three times and after a couple of episodes, I end up falling asleep and then forgetting about it.

Mandalorian is terrible storytelling and filler mixed in with some amazing moments. Season 3 was pretty bad all around full of pointless episodes.

I say all this and it still gave me one of my favorite Star Wars moments of all time at the end of season 2.

So the Mandalorian film is set to be released next year with the title "Mandalorian and Grogu".

Is it a Star Wars thing now to only name the films and series by a character name?

Yes, 2024's Skeleton Crew was about a guy named Skeleton "Skellers" Crew.

2027's Starfighter is about a guy named Starksy F. Ighter who goes on an adventure.
