I think the only reason they were playing that game was because this is still a Korean show after all so it has to be something Koreans would know.

My wife and I enjoyed this series so much that we watched Squid Game: The Challenge. We enjoyed that as much or more than Big Brother.

I was disappointed at the last episode. Just not a good enough resolution for me at all. I'm not going to waste time going into detail, but generally a combination of reasons already posted.

And yeah, the English speaking "guests" were just an acting and writing abomination. So poor that it took me out of the show. They couldn't find people to recite some lines that didn't sound like they were being read straight off of a piece of paper? And there were awkward pauses in between the various lines. It was bad.

For people complaining about the vip voices, did you watch in Korean or the enligh overdubbed version. I watched Korean and did notice anything weird about the English VIP audio....wondering if the overdubbed version had something to do with it? Maybe they overdubbed everything in the English version, including the VIPs.

This is what it sounded like to me. Per the article posted above, it sounds like that's what happened.

So weird. And the article says in some countries they did NOT dub over English with English. Just Netflix in the US.

Not as good as season 1 but still soild. My only big issue was in Hide and Seek the doors they could unlock all opened inward. So once you unlock a door, go inside, and put your foot against it. No one is going to easily push it open.

The end of the season was hard to follow just because they were all out of their jump suits and not used to seeing them in street clothes.

I thought of this too. Also why didn't people just team up and get into a room and just use their strength to keep the door closed? That was the easiest way to stay alive.

I think most of the games led to promoting teamwork, but the pure selfishness of all the plawyers always seem to oversee that aspect.The keys around the neck were a prime example.If you teamed up you'd realize that's the only way to get out alive.
