Im seeing this notice for tickets through the performer, but seats are selling on SeatGeek, StubHub etc

Can someone explain?

Without knowing what show, I'd say they are sold out, and for some reason AXS isn't doing a resale market for it. If the artist is t allowing resales, then be wary of the ones available on stubhub.

Guessing he isn't allowing resales, at least through AXS, which people are doing now to fight scalpers and counterfeiters. There are still tickets available from AXS, so you can get some without worry. It also said that the tickets wouldn't be delivered until right before the show. My only concern if buying 3rd party is if they aren't allowing transfers, you might not get your tickets. They will refund you, but you wouldn't get to see the show. Might be worth calling the Toyota Center box office to clarify.

They aren't available for resale on the AXS platform. You can re-sell on SH, SeatGeek etc and when the person lists them on there, they indicate they will do a transfer on the platform the tickets are held upon sale.

Similar to SH selling A&M football tickets and the seller then transferring them through the TMF after the sale.
