I didn't see how shooting Marvin the face qualifies. It is absolutely supposed to be funny, and I'm not sure I'd call Pulp Fiction a serious movie. I always think of Tarantino movies as dark comedies.

The decapitation scene in the 2006 version of The Omen was hilarious to my friends and I in highschool. We thought that whole movie was insanely funny.

I'd say the vast majority of responses so far are supposed to be funny.

In X-Men: Apocalypse when Wolverine flees the Weapon X facility, but the camera lingers a bit too long so you see him scamper into the forest like a little goblin.

Yeah some of these are intentionally funny. The lineup scene in Usual Suspects is just great writing and great delivery. "Handme da keys ya ********** wada****". Makes me laugh every time.

Another one that came to mind is from when my Mom forced me to watch Sleeping With the Enemy. The scene where the bad crazy husband is rage-walking on the Stairmaster and starts yelling "LAURAAAAAA". So good.
