Before the show I said to my wife let's set the over/under of LGBT people at 4.5 and theater kids at 10.5. I purposefully set them high and I think we hit the over on both.
I love the show, but it's gone completely overboard with the DEI casting. The most "normal" white guy is a Canadian former stripper turned shoe thief.

I am watching the show. I just think the show is missing out on good characters by mostly casting the same type of people over and over again.

Ok you can white knight me all you want. Making light of the fact the show is overly represented in certain demographics is not "complaining about minorities".

Also, for some reason I started noting every time someone said "a hundred percent" when agreeing with someone else in the first episode. I lost count, but it was a lot. Really popular catchphrase these days. Must be the new "I know, right?"

I don't understand adding Rizo. He's already proven himself to cry at the drop of a hat. He's going to be losing points every time he's on camera facing adversity.

Can someone far younger or at least vastly hipper than me tell me what the negative connotation of "theater kid" means? My admittedly short attempt on Google didn't seem to produce anything that seemed particularly damning.
