So far so good, he is competitive but not cocky…

I've watched the first two seasons and was skeptical, but they put these folks through hell, both physically and mentally. They break them down emotionally and find out who is tough enough to get through the rigors of the training. No fake stuff either, just raw physical and mental testing. It's actually an enjoyable show, and I have a lot of respect for the four guys leading the training.

Is this streaming anywhere? For cord cutters?

I'd never heard of this show but it was recommended to me since JFF was on.
I thought it was pretty good. Wound up watching some of Season 3, too.
Like "Dancing with the Stars," the lineups are more than a little unequal. Seeing Cam Newton beat up some swimmer was brutal (season 3). And folks in their 50s have no business being on this show.

Man JFF had a rough time. He is clearly way out of shape. I would think that I would work out prior to appearing on the show. But it seems to me, that JFF wants this show to be wake up call, rather than be a showcase on how he has already "woken up".

I get why he might have an affinity for Pavia.

Yep, his continuous lying ever interview is making this show hard to watch.

Jussie Smollett is unbearable. Still trying to gaslight everybody.

I missed the episode where JFF quit; what happened?

He freaked out in a claustrophobic exercise where they were having them crawl into a tunnel that eventually got too tight for a person to fit.

I would not have done well in the tunnel, especially when it was blocked and you had to reverse crawl backward.
I don't fault JFF for punching out.
