I went back a couple of pages and didn't see a thread on this.

Anyone else watch this. I thought it was pretty good. Sarah Snook is pretty good in it and her husband, Jake Lacy, plays a good creep.

Michael Pena is good too as the detective. It had some good twists. Solid show.

There was a short thread on this back in November. We bailed on the series around episode 5 I think. It should have just been a 2 hour movie. Way too long.

I kept hoping Pena would go full-Luis and give some frenzied recap.

Decent series, but should have been a full 2 episodes shorter.

Yeah, it seems like just about every series has a couple of espisodes of filler to stretch them out.

seems to be a theme in a lot of these mini series that are based on women's novels.

The men are all either weak, useless or despicable.

My wife was watching "Little Disasters" on Paramount+ and every male character follows this trend.

Checking in here for Shiv's dump truck

But on another note: we enjoyed the series though those mini series based on a book are all pretty much the same. but thought this one was better done than most recent ones.
