I personally think Fallout has been really good and I'm impressed with the adaptation to the screen.

Amazon has announced this week that they've cast Ryan Hurst from Sons of Anarchy/Remember the Titans as Kratos for their God of War show. I actually really like this casting.



They also released the first images of Sophie Turner as Lara Croft for their new Tomb Raider series. Not as enthusiastic about this one because I don't like her acting, but this image does look the part.

I've ever only played one far cry game, the one with the cult, but damn that game was fun. That should become a TV show.

Is this Greek Kratos (awesome) or Viking Kratos (meh)?

Yeah... but for every Fallout, there's a Rings of Power. It's not an "Amazon" thing, it's a Showrunner thing. They need someone at the helm who is actually a fan and not looking to make the IP their own thing.

Norse Kratos following the same story as God of War (2018) with Atreus

Also of note, Ryan Hurst (cast as Kratos) has experience with the franchise as he voiced Thor in God of War Ragnarok
