But in this case the sell off will most likely be more IP related or cable channel related at first. I don't see a scenario where Warner Bros comes back as a major studio and competes against a Paramount Studio. 20th Century (formally Fox) is just a shell of what it used to be just a few years in to Disney ownership. MGM is only putting out 2-3 films per year now that they are part of Amazon (which was a cause of worry of a Netflix buyout of WB)

I don't think Weiss fits in any box (left or right) but seeing how she reports directly to Ellison I would say she's just the willing conductor of his vision of how news should be covered.

This entire ordeal is probably akin to the South Park ****** vs **** sandwich episode. Consumers likely lose regardless of who won this.

Netflix having Susan Rice on their board is telling. That explains a lot. I was not aware of that until recently.

Now the news/sports/entertainment media as a whole might slightly shift from 10% right to maybe 20%? What will America do?

Exactly. All of MSM aside from FNC are so biased towards the left that any shift the other direction makes them....possibly more balanced? God forbid we get a news channel that does their actual job and investigates both sides and holds everyone accountable.
