Anne Hathaway may be the most diametrically opposed actor/actress active today - moviegoers either really like or really dislike her, not much meh to her.

She also has Mother Mary next month, which looks intriguing (trailer below), and then Verity in October, which is based on a crazy popular Colleen Hoover novel. Basically, she's starring in five movies over the next seven months - three of them blockbusters, one a popular thriller/adaptation, and the other an A24 psychological drama. Just an absolutely insane run...

Consider me a big fan.

I'll be the rarity. I don't dislike her, but she also does nothing for me. That said, I'll probably see all 3 of those movies in theaters

Dinosaurs, Obi Wan Kenobi, and Catwoman. Has a Spielbergian sound to it with that music they used, kinda like Abrams' Super 8 did. Yep, I'll see this.

- deals specifically with mysterious aliens/monsters
- features an intense survival scenario
- has shared-universe easter eggs like the Slusho! drink, the Tagruato corp, etc

... it's a Cloverfield movie.

That said, the name "Cloverfield" comes from the street where the Bad Robot offices used to be in West LA (I have a couple friends who worked next door at another production company I visited every so often). Cloverfield was the codename used on the original movie, then they just decided to stick with it because it sounded cool. I only mention that because this was the perfect opportunity to actually use the name in its original form - and call it The End of Cloverfield Street - yet they decided not to, which is one reason this probably isn't a Cloverfield movie (especially considering, as you pointed out, all three movies have obviously used Cloverfield in the title). Then again, it already meets four of the five criteria above, so who knows.

They are bombed just as the time machine is doing its thing throwing off the date by 80 years. Instead of dinosaurs arriving in 1940's US they arrive in the 2020's.

The government closes off the area affected by the time bubble creating the Dinosaur Quarantine Zone or DQZ. Oh yeah, and some of the people who were in the area where the time bubble appeared can telepathically communicate with dinosaurs.

Yup. My roommate/lead actress ended up doing Shark Lake with Dolph Lundgren and the distributors I was talking to started cooling off shark movies. Also around that time SyFy was moving away from creature features. The new exec figured out she could just license Underworld and get more eyeballs than the movies of the week were getting.

It was developed to be a series like The Walking Dead but with dinosaurs.

The pilot ends with everyone except one of the kids in the family we are following getting torn apart by raptors. As she is escaping she is cornered by an adolescent abelisaurus who she telepathically links with right before she is eaten. She then turns it on the raptors killing them. Season one is the girl and Abe trying to survive while banding together with other survivors. Of course there are the survivors who are bad guys. There is also the government and scientist storylines.

Season two is a time jump 15 year later. Our protagonist is grown along with Abe and she is a full blown dino rider(probably can't use that term). Other's who have the same abilities have children who can link. The government has been losing the battle on containment.

This got stuck on the back burner in late 2022. We were producing movies non stop and I didn't have time. I produced 24 movies between June 2022 and June 2023.

Maybe I will have it made into a graphic novel.
