I really don't care whether you believe it or not, SquareOne. He said it. Whether or not it is true is another matter. Also, you shouldn't doubt the connections that stem from the aggie network. Perry, Bush, and Crow are all real people. Just because you have never met them or talked with them doesn't mean that other people don't.

couldn't possibly have anything to do with 2009 being a double anniversary. Century and decade. I'm totally out of the loop of this convo, but I think it is important (regardless of how realistic this topic is) to note that next fall can very easily be significant for bonfire, if only b/c of the fact that it'll be a century old, and will have been 10 years since the collapse.

As much as this would be great, I would like to see him say it publicly before making assumptions.

He said nothing about the size of the audience for the statement.

It could have been a private conversation at the public event.

Prove hearsay? Short of a recording of the incident, how do you expect proof?
