It means about 7:30 or 8:00, but I wouldn't expect to cruise out there a half hour or hour beforehand and get in. Plan for traffic and delays.

i would try to be a bit earlier than that... thigs get a little iffy the closer you get to burn time, but no buses should be a bit easier to deal with
