I used to come on this board all the time and see so much information flying back and forth, young kids asking old guys for answers, but there's less than 10 posts on here now.

Please tell me it's because we're in the middle of summer and no one is thinking about Bonfire right now.

I look at the Bonfire board daily - I rarely post though.

Looking forward to my last Bonfire as a student this fall. Can't wait to get back with the Hogs for some good times in the woods.

It could also be because the newer bonfire people don't know about it! Like me for example, who just found out about it from one of my old people haha

Bonfire predates the SWC.

Should we stop playing tu, which we won't, but assuming this hypothetical, the curtain will fully be pulled back on Bonfire and we will all see with certainty what was hinted at this past year - that Bonfire is at its most fundamental level the undying flame of loyalty every student carries in their hearts for their school. This doesn't make Bonfire less significant. At the very least, it takes on a different significance in this light. It may even make it more significant. But then, that's all based on an outlandish hypothetical. We're still playing texas.

unless 10 feet of water get dumped in and around OSR, I don't see any possibility of burning bonfire this year.

Building it? Sure, it'll get done.

nah, it can rain 1/2" each day starting october 1st and be just fine...
