It's hard to make out detail, but the stack is wider than it is tall, which is evidence of recentness. Furthermore, there are 2 smaller flames visible in the background, which might be part of the 12 smaller fires that were lit in 2009.

While nothing actually says this was the 2009 fire... this was undoubtedly a "non Texas A&M" Bonfire!

Absolutely no doubt. The proportions are there. And look at the pot-wearing silhouettes in the bottom left. There's your scale. Definitely modern Bonfire.

Looks like they have a picture of the same stack in the new There's a Spirit video, at 1:23, and again at 2:28.
It looks like that fire has more than five tiers. That would definitely make it pre-'99.
Those second clips make you wonder.
You know those clips, especially at 1:23, look a lot more like an old school teepee version of Bonfire, like what was built on Simpson and Duncan.
Coloration in the images point to that era of film as well, although that can all be post-edited with digital programs these days...

I'm going with Duncan in the second video. And I'm ignoring the two lights I am seeing from another angle that put them outside of perimeter.

Is it multi-tiered? The flames make it hard to tell.
1:23 is a teepee on Simpson. The other two cited here look like SB.
