NAY?!?!? Are you kidding me?
To all current students who wish to ever see an Aggie Bonfire on campus in their LIFETIME....you'd better support this effort with your volunteer time and donations. That's how Bonfire originally started, that's how Bonfire eventually grew into the world's largest, and that's the only way it's ever going to come back on campus, IF EVER. The liability issues are now so out of control that the university would only sanction it again if they felt there was some extreme benefit to controlling the process. Without this type of " 'ol army" volunteer effort (along with a stellar track record of safety), there is scant chance that school administration, as great as the current one is, could ever justify the risk of sanctioning a Bonfire.
