NSG - I have someone at the Commissioner's Office doing work you guys should be doing.
The County Attorney is about the only person I could think of that would realize there is no "ceremonial exemption" language in the burn ban. This is definite hard ball politics NSG. I would strongly suggest getting in contact with AB2 if he's looking into all this.

The disappointing thing is that this was filed on a Friday prior to the weekend of bonfire, which shows his intent was to stop the bonfire, not to get the commissioner's court to act properly.

This says that he received doctorate from A&M. I don't know anything else about him but his intent seems pretty obvious to me.
Hey St. Mary's is a damn fine school run by a damn fine group of Marianist priests, brothers, and laity.
