NSG - I have someone at the Commissioner's Office doing work you guys should be doing.
The County Attorney is about the only person I could think of that would realize there is no "ceremonial exemption" language in the burn ban. This is definite hard ball politics NSG. I would strongly suggest getting in contact with AB2 if he's looking into all this.

This says that he received doctorate from A&M. I don't know anything else about him but his intent seems pretty obvious to me.
Hey St. Mary's is a damn fine school run by a damn fine group of Marianist priests, brothers, and laity.
