Howdy, just a quick update for you guys. New sponsorships announced are:
Ascension Capital Advisors, Inc.
Potato Shack of College Station is sponsoring a longest drive contest.
Raising Cane's
As of right now we have ~20 players signed up for the tournament with dues paid. Our advertising campaign started this last week beginning with radio advertisement and message board advertisement. We would love to make this a huge event, and it will make it easier on both the course and BCS if you register in advance. Thanks for your continued support.

Howdy from Bonfire Coalition for Students!
We are looking forward to hosting all of you tomorrow, and have some fun events planned out. Weather tomorrow is forecast at 92 degrees high and partly cloudy. You are allowed to bring your own coolers onto the course. We will have drinks at the clubhouse for sale. Monster Energy Drinks is sponsoring the event, and will have free energy drinks for everyone. Per university rules, we are not allowed to sell alcohol at this event.

Post Event- Putting Contest/Awards (see details below)
Range balls will be available all day at the course.
Lunch:
J Cody's will provide BBQ lunch and drinks for us. We have a limited amount of food, so make sure you are there on time (lunch starts at 11). Prices for lunch is $5 for preregistered players and students, and $8 for walk-up/non-participants. (We did not include lunch in playing fees because we knew there would be some people who could not make it before lunch).

Format: The format is a 4-man scramble.

ALSO: Mulligans will be on sale for $5. They can not be used on ANY of the holes with prizes on them. This is also for insurance purposes, so please take note of the signs that announce prizes.

Parking: When entering the lot, we will have students in maroon Polo's with BCS logos. They will take your golf bag and carry it up for you. TAMU Golf Course has told us they have between 75 and 120 spots in their lot (very accurate count). If the lot fills, there will be a shuttle. Pull in the TAMU Golf Course lot and we will give instructions on where to park. We will also take your golf bags at that time.

Payment: If you have not prepaid, you may do so at the registration table with cash or check. If you have credit card, register with the pro shop first(fill out registration form and make payment), then bring your receipt and form over to the registration table. If you do not have a full team, we will fill the spots on your team with singles or pairs if possible.

Attire: Proper golf attire is requested and appreciated.

We are excited to get this event off the ground and look forward to making it a growing tradition here at Texas A&M. If you have any questions or if there are any issues I have not addressed, feel free to email me back. I will try to respond to all emails tonight to avoid last minute confusion. Also, BCS wants to thank Traditions Council for supporting a growing relationship between the two organizations. They will be out serving food for us, and were essential in the planning and execution of this event.
