The more you are grateful for the atoning work of Christ on the cross, the happier you will be
The more you read your Bible, the more you will know God and His will for your life
The more you die to self and live for Christ, the more sanctified you will become
The more you ceaselessly pray throughout your days and offer a broken spirit, the less anxious you will be
The less you talk, the more the Holy Spirit and other believers can sharpen you

Good ones...IMHO, the Holy Spirit is never prayed to enough, so I like your last one especially...
