14-3. Illinois voted 3.47 to 2.45 million for Biden. That's something like 40 percent for Trump, but their new map (which Eric Holder is apparently just fine and unbothered by), is clearly designed to hold GOP representation under 20 percent, by house district.
If this were along racial lines (which it sort of is) it would be a classic case of disenfranchisement a la disparate impact. Just a handy thread as we await our own new district map/lawsuits from the Dem-CCP folks.
