RE: Operation Arctic Frost it has now been officially referred to @FBIDirectorKash and @AGPamBondi for criminal investigation and prosecution.
According to whistleblower disclosures confirmed by Senator Chuck Grassley and Senator Ron Johnson, there was a criminal conspiracy between the Biden White House, the FBI's Washington Field Office, prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C., and Special Prosecutor Jack Smith to plan, approve, and execute Operation Arctic Frost with the intent to frame, arrest, prosecute, and imprison Donald J. Trump, thereby attempting to overthrow the constitutional republic of the United States.
Operation Arctic Frost ultimately formed the basis of Jack Smith's false elector case, under which President Donald Trump and electors, no less were later charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States, the very mechanism by which the 2020 election resulted in the overthrow of the U.S. government.
Senators Grassley and Johnson:
"We have obtained additional Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) communications through legally protected whistleblower disclosures that show a conspiracy among anti-Trump FBI agents and prosecutors in setting up and advancing the Arctic Frost investigation.
As we have explained in our previous correspondence, Arctic Frost was the codename for the investigation that ultimately became Jack Smith's elector case against President Donald Trump."

NEW: Jack Smith will make his case to Congress today while navigating a labyrinth of secrecy rules, laws and restrictions — and a room full of Republican lawmakers eager to trip him up and incriminate him.

Curious.

You really are bad at this Capitol Hill two step. Public hearings have severe time limits for questioning by each member of the committee. Thus a closed door meeting enables better more focused questions at the public hearing to move things along in orderly fashion.
First, the private meeting with no time constraints, then comes the public hearing.
Jack Smith still wants to speak in public:

I very much doubt there will be a public hearing for Jack Smith.
