Don't know you but love you. Hang with God. A small prayer or the short read of Bible passages (Proverbs is a good book) can help.

I just requested to TexAgs staff to create a veterans support board. I am 100% certain they will do it.
Edit - I realize there is already a "Military" board but a separate board for veteran's issues may be very helpful.
Staff - just a suggestion and thanks/Gig Em

I'm having another bad night. I haven't slept more than 3 hours every night the past week. I'm hitting speed dial for 988 as I post this. I've been doing so good for so long, I can't explain this hurt.

USMCBROOKS - know that you are loved. You are loved by the Lord, and you are loved by all of us, and you are loved by all of those in the faith that you don't even know.
You are loved.

I couldn't resist.
All kidding aside, Dermdoc is a one of the best Ags around here. Thanks for reaching out to Brooks and giving us an update. I've been thinking about him all morning and I'm happy to hear he is hanging in there.
edit to get the link to work. Still failed.

When I was going through my mental crisis, I was sleeping an hour or two at a time, then awake for a couple hours, then another hour or two of sleep. I was starting meds, so it was hard to know how much could be blamed on anxiety and how much on adjusting to the meds. Fortunately I worked for a company with a good medical leave policy, so it was "ok" if I couldn't function during the day. I was fortunate that I was able to rebuild myself from the ground up. Hang in there OP
