Someone, along with anyone involved with hiring or supervising that someone and anyone that someone had hiring or immediate supervision of. With the provision that a poor performance review from that someone would be an exception to the firing recommendation.

She just got an INTRODUCTION NIMS cert in December and was deployed for a major Disaster response. No previous emergency management and response, at least from what I can see on the images. The people who should be fired are the people that put her in boots on the ground.

Let's be real: The only "emergency managing" these people are doing is helping folks fill out forms for a check.
I remember a news update on the radio that Trump supporters were hunting down and attacking FEMA workers. No reference to an actual event of course. That narrative was being pushed from somewhere for some reason, and is certainly bigger than this one individual.

This is how the federal government should largely operate in regional emergencies. Direct $ grants, assist governors with supplies only if asked, and stay the hell out of the way of the state and local governments.
The federal government wastes so much money lost in inefficiency, incompetence, and duplicated efforts. And I don't just mean FEMA.
Time to cancel the depts of education, energy, HUD, and homeland security. And that's just getting started.
