What's up with these bums, to afraid to admit your state is red?

I understand the senate races are still up for grabs but just call the presidential portion of your states race. It's obvious Trump owns them both admit your defeat.

The free people of their states have the responsibility to remove their leaders in charge of this mess. However, the feds need to investigate and perp walk everyone intentionally doing this to interfere.

Maybe they should hire Caesar's Palace to manage their elections. Caesars can count tens of millions of dollars at 11:59 every night, so a couple hundred thousand ballots would be a piece of cake.

Nevada continues to take in mail in ballots for up to 10 days after the election. The NV system is corrupt AF

This is why mail in ballots are the worst. That said here in CO they are faster…. Just a bit faster.

I saw something about mail ballots take at least 2 minutes per ballot to take out of the envelope and check the signature. Multiply by millions. So dumb.

They can follow their state laws and I can point out how stupid they are. The rest of America should be laughing at them.

In 2022, Maricopa County had signature verifier who was going at the clip of one signature every second. Runbeck was scanning the outer envelopes for the signature box and transmitting them digitally to other locations, including peopl working from homw or from their offices, with no supervision.

If any ballot envelopes were flagged for mismatched signatures, Runbeck is supposed to segregate them for further scrutiny. "Supposed to" is not the same as actually doing, as well.

I agree their laws are not au courant and are stupid, unless their purpose is to deliberately delay election results.

For a discussion thread on TexAgs F-16 see:
How Florida Counted their Vote

And, see the testimonial below from a Florida resident. Note: absentee ballots are counted in Florida as they are received.

Quote:

It's really not that hard. I'm a FL resident, but spend the summer/fall in NY, so I vote absentee every election.

A simple process. Once I registered (with proof of residency and citizenship), I was able to request the ballot online. After that, I can check online at the county election website to see when the ballot is sent to me, when it is received back with the state, and when it is counted.

Absentee votes are counted when received, so that there isn't a pile of them sitting around on election day that need to be counted. and They're counted electroncically, unless there is a write in name. Votes cast at the polling location use the two step process that allows you to confirm your choices with the paper ballot before feeding it in to the reader.

In Maricopa County, 70K Trump voters voted against Lake. Lake and Harris are about equal in vote count.

So what's the theory? They are changing or throwing out votes that were Harris/Lake? And keeping the Trump/Gallego vote combination? They are counting Trump votes but not Lale votes? That makes no sense

Look at Alaska - still only 76% of the House of Representatives votes counted. Whatever state law that is delaying the final election results for a candidate for U.S. House, Senate or President is a 20th Century relic. And why aren't they counting over the weekend?

Arizona Senate President Warren Petersen stepped up on Saturday and authorized the Arizona Senate to intervene in the case.

Petersen posted a statement earlier today.

Warren Petersen: The left is suing to extend the time to determine the election. I just authorized the AZ Senate to intervene and defend existing law so we can determine the outcome as soon as possible. It has already taken too much time! And next session will re-introduce bills to get election results, night of.

Not in AZ. Stringing out the counting is what was done in 2022 to get Katie Hobbs into Governor's chair. And she was Sec of State overseeing that election. Cheating is just endemic there now. What happens when elections are outsurced to private entities with no transparency, supervision nor accountability.

Runbeck still gets paid, irrespectve of performance. And they can avoid any and all pen records requests.

Mail in ballots should be outlawed except for active duty service members. If voting is important to you get your ass to your precinct during early elections or on Election Day.

And there should be strong national requirements for the 3 national positions each state gets to vote on. I don't care how they elect their Governor, but we should absolutely protect how President and Congress are elected.

Mail in ballots should be severely limited, but at the very least should be treated like early voting. Post marked at least 3 days prior to voting day.

"Ticket-splitting" voters helped Trump carry Wisconsin, Michigan and North Carolina where Trump prevailed while Democratic Attorney General Josh Stein won the governor's race. Trump also won Nevada, where Democratic incumbent Sen. Jacky Rosen beat her GOP opponent Sam Brown. And he is on track to win Arizona, which has not yet been called, where Democratic Rep. Reuben Gallego is leading Republican candidate Kari Lake.

There were important exceptions. Republicans beat incumbent Democratic Sens. Jon Tester in Montana, Sherrod Brown in Ohio, and Bob Casey in Pennsylvania, though all three performed better in their state than Vice President Kamala Harris did.

Ticket-splitting used to be common, and while it is becoming less so in an era of increased partisanship, the swing-state down-ballot results show split tickets still can determine the outcome of key races.
