You could have gone to any job site of any size and found more than one person who had a better grasp on things than she does.

Surely her handlers knew this question or one very similar would come up and some point. You'd think they would've already had a list or talking point ready that didn't throw Biden under the bus, but allowed her to differentiate herself.

So either her campaign staff were idiots and didn't think of this, or they did think of this and told her what to say and she still effed it up.

Funny thing you hear now is blame on Joe Biden for staying in the race too long, and the Harris team didn't have time to develop a campaign and formulate answers to these questions.

Reality is that both Biden and Harris were and always will be empty-suit politicians with no vision. Lack of vision is why Congressmen rarely succeed as Presidential candidates. They are they to bring bacon to their constituents and vote the party line, but they rarely lead or run anything.

Kamala's inability to answer that simple question, asking with the ABC debate softball, "what are your plans for day one" showed being any shadow of a doing that she was and remained absolutely unqualified and ill-prepared to hold the office if president of the United States.

She had nothing to fear even saying something like this: "Well, there are actually many things didn't privately agree fully on, but it was easy to tell push back would just be ignored. A VP doesn't have the power someone thinks an XO in the military has. Its alot more ceremonial and bully pulpit -- and you can't publicly contradict the POTUS too much. That said, to answer your question -- here now, is what I will change...."

Its no secret that if you asked Bush Sr. where he disagreed with Reagan on, post-Reagan, you might have gotten more than a few. (Not necessarily to his credit)

Yes but not many on either side care about "what was said before" when you are not actually in power--- they realize you cannot bad talk a superior. How she should have answered was to state that I really did not agree with a few of policies that the President supported and I told him so to include the border but he was still the President and my boss.

It was the biggest layup softball question ever because she could say ANYTHING. She could have said "I would have made the rich fat cats pay their fair share (pause for applause from the clapping seals in the audience), I would have ended the wars abroad and brought our troops home (pause again for more applause), and I would have lowered inflation by using price controls."

That would have been a slam dunk answer and likely propelled her to the White House. Thank GOD she has been given EVERYTHING to her her entire life and has never had to think quickly on her feet, especially with politics in a one party state like California.

Despite what people are saying in the media this was not the key point of the campaign. There were many more. She was bad. At so many levels.
