It will be before the Court again as soon as another appellate court rules in the opposite way.

They should have taken it up and just settled it now.

Also, 2nd circuit smacked down a TC ruling that green card holders have a presumptive right of re-entry/INS has the burden of proof to deny.

Add, Trump got a couple nominees to the execrable DC circuit court of appeals up to a senate committee somehow, not the Judiciary committee though so I am not sure if this means that much.

Is the Dept of Interior and NPS now under the judiciary?

Authorized and funded by Congress, implemented / executed by the judiciary. Do Congress have specific requirement in the law Executive is not complying with? Is the NPS unconstitutional?

If no, then the district judge needs to STFU and resign. The lawyers who brought the suit should be sent to Gitmo.

Tired of this ish.

(Yes I know this was technically a win but it should never have gotten this far)
