The near-fatal United Houston flight was a result of DEI

"Last year, I reported on a tip from a United pilot that a near-fatal incident in Houston was the result of a fired employee being rehired through their DEI program

I was told I was a lying racist.

The Houston 767 incident report is out. I was 100% right:

"The first officer's training records showed inconsistencies in airplane handling as recent as a few months before the accident. He received an unsatisfactory performance rating and, upon re-evaluation, a satisfactory rating with a condition to recheck after 90 days (instead of 9 months). This was due to, among other things, marginal performance with landings.""

"Hey
@united

On July 29, a United plane was nearly totaled after a hard landing

Who was flying that aircraft?

Was the co-pilot a former flight attendant who was FIRED and then rehired through United's DEI program despite being on a list to not return to United?

Am I correct that this individual failed multiple trainings including simulator training?

Am I also correct that United has covered up this DEI disaster and many others?"

Democrats have mandated race communism in every sector of society, and they are putting millions of American lives at risk everyday. Props to Charlie Kirk for being ahead of the curve on this years ago. Sadly, it is not surprising that United is practicing race Marxism. Their CEO is a drag queen.

Still weird the Amazon Atlas 767 that crashed in the bay a few years ago didnt get talked about as much. Granted it was cargo not commercial, but still that is a big plane to crash in Houston area.

Strange combination....

Anyone know the back story with this chick?

A good friend works for United Airlines. He refused to take the COVID vaccine and is still being held back in advancement at the company for not taking the jab.

Hopefully, with Elon's baby momma bringing this to light, we can get rid of all these DEI hires in aviation.

Click the second picture at the top of the first tweet. That is from the NTSB. Not her. NTSB's determination is in that document at the bottom under probable cause and findings.

Uhhh, it was a 767, so duh

And airliners are not carrier aircraft like an F-18. Land any airliner too hard, you're gonna bend it

United is probably the most woke airline in the world. Best to avoid flying them if possible.

Yes. Elon has said many times that the United States has a huge birth rate problem. It is obvious according to the data. I believe the birth rate has become so low because things have become so bad for the middle class that many core and younger millennials and older gen z are not having children. I can understand Elon's concerns. He is basically having as many babies as possible to do his personal part in fixing the birthrate problem. I would not be surprised if looking back in history, core and younger millennials and older gen z end up having the lowest birth rate.

Maybe I am sexist but lately I see every woman in a high job as a DEI hire. I have seen too many worthless females being hired and promoted by all kinds of top companies - like Amazon, Google, Apple. My wife gets pissed off when I say this but they brought it on themselves.

A project manager woman from my previous company who did not do her job well (but was a very nice person) and got laid off recently (the company sucks, not just her fault) just got hired at Apple. Hmm. Definitely DEI.

It is a bit sad to be honest, because I know many capable women, my wife included who put in a lot of effort, get results, but these DEI clowns have poisoned it for everyone.

United is the only airline that goes to many places in the country. So you are forced to fly on one of their crappy regional airplanes with no leg room, and your United pilot was picked for DEI instead of merit, skills, talent, education, and experience.

She has evidence that the pilot flying had problems in training. She provided no evidence it was a DEI hire, unless I'm just not good at twitter.

I had a flight to Orlando from Bush last weekend and 10 seconds from landing, we pull hard back up and start to circle. Pilot came on 5 minutes later and said. "Well folks, you might've noticed we were close to landing and had to pull back up. Everything is fine. We were given the all clear to land by ATC and when we went to land, there was another aircraft on our runway. So to AVOID CONFLICT we decided we needed to pull up and give it another try."

I fly probably 60-80 times a year and this was a first for me to abort landing. Someone in the back of the plane got sick and had a medical emergency. Everyone was already a little on edge from flying and then we had that interaction. And nothing was said when we landed and no news reports. Absolutely insane that happens.

Kinda sad though to see one come in the conference room and people start side-eyeing each other.

A sad state of affairs but they kinda brung'd it on themselves.

Can have all the training in the world but the world ain't gonna bend around DEI that easy. It'll just go latent and be more vicious to deal with.

Went would the news be there? Everything you described was competent pilots f, and likely ATC, working together to complete your flight safely. Go arounds happen ALL the time. Maybe another flight crew fouled up and entered the RW. Maybe another plane took too long to take off. Maybe the plane that landed in front of y'all developed an issue and took longer to vacate the RW. Maybe something just set off the spidy senses f in one of your pilots and they went around simply due to an over abundance of caution.

Just what about this is absolutely insane???

That's what it looks like to me as well. The most I've heard (unverified) is that the employee number is very low for someone with so low of seniority, indicating that the individual was employed by United in some capacity prior to becoming a pilot. Beyond that, though, there's nothing.

She received that information from a inside source/whistleblower.

Here is the CEO of United, who is also a drag queen, saying that United's top priority is to implement race Marxist DEI hiring policies.
