The problem is that the government gave her organization the money on purpose. Not sure she will be considered a criminal. It's the democrats/Biden who put this into the budget that are the criminals.

She is just one person that was scamming - this was a slush fund that went out to many - if they could trace it back to kickbacks to Congress people or the Bidens, that would certainly be interesting. It's (D)ifferent for the democratic communist party as we have clearly witnessed since the Obama administration. There are two levels of justice in this country.

I can only hope that the Trump administration can make a reasonable dent in the practice at the federal level at least. But we need another 8 years of President DeSantis or President Vance to really solidify the end of selective prosecution/persecution.

It would help having the DOJ go after some of the states and cities who have some particularly egregious history of this activity and start suing AGs and DAs for things like civil rights violations. Miss Hawg could give us a much more thorough list of ways the DOJ could put the screws to these fascists.

True, but she will have plausible deniability because she had a pass through that went out to a dozen other pass throughs, allowing her to skim off the top. It's like Biden's maze of LLCs used to hide the laundering scheme. It would be nice if there are racketeering laws that could be used to take them all down - if so, shoulda used them on the Biden's as well.

It's clearly fraud because Power Forward Communities reported just $100 in the first 3 months in operation but received $20 billion.

The cool thing is I would assume once DOGE gets through running all of the numbers no one has EVER seen before and auditing all the books, they can start putting the puzzle together to who specifically got what. Hope I'm right.
