To the OP, Isgur and Steve Hayes are sort of Bill Krystal conservatives, imho. TDS has essentially broken their brains. One could post their take on Trump calling out Zelensky etc. on…that thread and it's true the Zelensky acolytes who accept the USAID/CIA narrative about the proxy war with Russia would agree with them. Even the same question/talking point comes up; 'has Trump ever said something like this about Putin?'
It's an article of faith among the 'neocon' right that Putin should be denounced harshly in order to give credence to anything else in foreign affairs that might be asserted next. It's just silly, imho, and best to just ignore/laugh at, at this point.
