I hate to be a lawyer but this is not accurate. For children born to a single US citizen abroad in 1978 and after it is absolutely correct, but Obama was born prior to that law taking effect.
For children born prior to 1978, the US parent and/or child had certain continuous US residence requirements for a child born abroad to be a US citizen. This under US immigration law was referred to as retention requirements. Hence, the controversy.

I never argued he wasn't born in Hawaii. But it definitely matters where he was actually born because he was in Indonesia for a substantial amount of time as a young child.

I don't think he was a legal citizen either, but even if true, we're stuck with what he did. Obamacare would still need to be dismantled through the legislative process.
